Prepayment is required for your first Order and until you have an approved Credit account.  Call for an invoice or to verify total amount due.  STOP orders are accepted.

Check or money orders in US funds only are acceptable.  Credit cards will not be accepted for payment of discounted orders to booksellers.  Foreign accounts may pay by bank transfer.

Credit applications are Available on request.  A late charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed on any amount that is past the due date.  No new orders will be filled if you have an overdue account balance.

Shipping

STOP ORDERS: $3.00 for UPS Delivery.  Overnight, 2nd day, 3 day and first class also available.

Call for rates.  We use UPS if Possible.  Other methods upon Request.

Claims

PLEASE REPORT SHIPMENTS RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION IMMEDIATELY.  Save the package and have your invoice number and the method of shipment handy when you call us at 509-927-0404 or fax us at 509-928-2392

Damaged books will be replaced or credited to your account ONLY IF YOU NOTIFY US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT.  No replacements or credits will be made after that.

NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR OVERSTOCK RETURNS.
